OK, another bug fix release is ready. Only new feature I am working on right now is time restriction for votes, but that will be available for the 1.0.0.

As for this one, some very important and very annoing bugs are fixed. Flash uploader should be working now with GD Star Rating active, and also few more javascript bugs are gone. All (found so far) bugs with PHP4 are fixed.

So, if you find some more bugs, report them, and I will get on fixing them for the friday stable release.
