Finally, new version is released. The list of changes and new features is very extensive, and you can read it on plugins changelog page. And again, important notice, this is still beta version, and bugs are to be expected. Some parts of the control panel are not fully tested, and there are some things still missing there. Translation POT file is included. If you translate plugin to your language, please sent translation files (both DO and MO) to me, and I will include it with next version. Expect POT file to be updateded with every new version. Some more important changes will follow. But I wanted to point out whatyou can expect to follow with next releases. I will improve on widget(s), control panel and most important, new rating stars rendering that should solve all the problems with different themes and browsers. And for the stable 1.0.0 release there will be ajax support and updated user guide, and I expect a lot bug fixes.
Control PanelThis release has a lot of changes to control panel, and adds new pages for handling moderation and comments. Voters log is still in works. Setup page now have options for removing database tables and installing them again to avoid eventual update from previous version problems. Search for posts on article page is working now. Cookies are a saved (and set) for articles and comments. Database ChangesReview is now decimal value, and I have added new column for counting number of times post is viewed (full post). I have added more fields that will be used later to avoid contant changes to database. Database handling code is cleaned a bit an faster with less calls to the database. Bug Fixes & Other ImprovementsDisplaying rating stars in admin panel is fixed, some control panel problems are also fixed and redirection also should work but there may be some more problems. Also, sorting of articles and comments in control panel is now in descending order. Header text for rating stars is fixed, and now you can use HTML(span for instance) with CSS to format the text you want. I hope that you like this new version, and expect that development will progress further with more and more on the way. |

I send you a email with Spanish translation and a bug in section “Articles Votes”
We’re putting this through a “test by fire” which means I’m using it on my blog now. The update looks promising, but on checking “Article Votes” I saw several script warnings.
We have this installed on http://blognetawards.com which is to launch the awards on Sept 1. I’d like to be sure that any bugs won’t cause failure in the voting system on our launch. Contact me please by email and I will send you the warnings log

Warnings you get are not important, and they have nothing to do with plugin functionality, they are caused by the debug code I used. Until next version, you can ignore them.
Are you planning on making version .9 available via the automatic plugin option on the Wordpress dashboard? Currently, version .9 is only available for download via your website.

Plugin is available on WordPress website, and auto update will uypdate it, but sometimes it can taka awhile, because check for the new plugin versions is done once every few hours.
